Our junior and senior classes had the opportunity to participate in a Drumming Workshop in the school. They explore the musical areas of beat, rhythm, percussion and playing the drums solo and in groups. They also explores how drums were made and the different materials used to make drums. They investigated the different sounds made by the large variety of materials on display and were told about the historical background of drums. All these activities were explored in a fun and playful manner and were thoroughly enjoyed by all our pupils.
